Just a few steps for access 20 meters from a parking spot, east facing balcony, sea view, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space, sat tv, washing machine, very quiet spot far from city traffic and noise, 1.5 km away from Budoni city center, reserved parking spot, master bedroom, one sofa fold-out double bed, a bunk bed accomodating 2. The apartment can host a maximum of 6 guests

House rules

pets not allowed, no smoking apartment, quiet hours from 10pm to 8am

highly recommended back-in parking, approximate size of parking spot is 5.20 m x 2.38 m (17 feet x 7.8 feet)

How to get there by car:

if you arrive from north (Olbia Airport, Golfo Aranci, Olbia Ferry, San Teodoro), please take road SS131 direction Cagliari/Nuoro heading south, exit at Budoni/Agrustos and follow for Budoni center on road Ss125,
right before to get the petrol station Q8 turn straight way left in Via Roma, carry on straight for a pprox. 1,5km and you'll be there, to get the right entrance to the court, please follow my video in 'Tutorial' section. Arriving from south needs to get Budoni city centre either, and at the petrol station Q8, obviously you will turn left in Via Roma.
